Pre-Promenade Night 2008

This post contains details for Promenade Night 2008 regarding the class's table. If you are sitting at another table, you might want to check with your table IC about where you are and stuff, but most of the details like the time the doors open and venue are, obviously, the same.

Okay, so here goes about Promenade Night.
Here are the details.


Venue: Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, 392 Havelock Road (S) 169663
Date: 1st December 2008
Time: Doors will probably open at 7pm or 730pm
Registration is at 6.45pm (I'll be there by then to collect our tickets since it's registered under me... somehow... no idea why...)
Run Time: Approximately 4 Hours

I got the link for the map for you guys in case you guys don't know how to get there, but more or less don't expect to be able to show up in public transport like MRT or Bus because it's really out of the way, and I have no idea what buses get there.

When you reach the hotel, please tell me because I'm the only one who can collect the tickets for the table (no idea why, but yeah).

ALSO, we most likely will have some Post-Prom activity, not endorsed by the school, and most probably not the "post prom party". That one we can decide on the night itself if need be, but I was thinking of going somewhere to chill out... Yeah, but this is still unconfirmed. :)

ENFORCED DATE :4 december 7.00pm,because the more recent days are veryvery booked,only lousy seats left.so we go for the second last show.
those who can't make it cos of various reasons(travel,etc),i suggest 29 nov 3.00 pm for more recent day.but its very booked,only last two rows of the ground floor seats are avail. so if you want,please contact me asap.

please get back to me asap,so i can book tix so we can hopefully get the best seats left.people gg for 4 dec,we will prolly seat the M row level w stage.that ok?

PRICE OF ONE TIX : $22.50 this is alr after student discount.we can't book as a school anymore i think,too late for that.sorry!

WHO CAN MAKE IT AND WHO CAN'T,if you can PLEAAAASE try to shift whatever you have planned already,if not then its ok cos its understandable.this is a v kanchiong and hasty outing put together,so if you guys can't make it on the confirmed day,but want to support conan and watch his musical so you can see him prance on stage happily you can contact me and tell me who's with you to go on a diff day and i can try to get tix for you,so what you guys do is go down to the booth on the day and like get it frm the person(and pay them of course) under conan's name.
