This Friday, June the 29th is our A level oral, and when are we told this?

24th June, Sunday. The night before our JCTs, and 5 days before this examination.

It's an A level examination, not some silly class test that you take during class. I don't know why in the world we are told of this so late. Anyway, yah, don't let it affect your JCTs... too much.

Holiday Reminders!

Just a short reminder for people who went off to Mars or something and got brainwashed by aliens, our exams are approximately in 12 days or so. So, technically I shouldn't be typing this right.

Okay, tomorrow there'll be TSD make-up for Ms Norzians' class, and the others in TSD who are interested can sit-in, because they are going through the essay. I'll be there, so see you.

Not forgetting the TSD Meeting after that.

See you people (those going back to school) tomorrow. :)

"Stop Procrastination!" Campaign

I know this might sound a little harsh and hypocritical, but I think it's getting to a point where it's dangerous and it endangers our whole class's lives (literally, our grades in JC is gonna affect our lives, you know)...

We have to stamp out procrastination. Now.

I don't have to be in GP class (that doesn't mean this message isn't addressed to the KI students as well) to notice that many of us (I say us, because I know I procrastinate as well) have been procrastinating WAY too much.

What's with all the moans and complains about not being able to finish homework? If we can't finish our homework, I suggest we all stay in on weekends to complete it, cut down on internet surfing or TV time, form study groups if necessary to complete it, rather than go out with our friends. If we have to skip our CCAs to complete our work - I would like to mention that homework is the BARE MINIMUM of work that we should be doing to keep up to standard, and that CCAs are NOT academic.

Being nearly a MONTH behind for school work is not healthy. (Not in the not enough vitamins and proteins kind of way, but yah.)

We have to take promos at the end of this year, people, and Mid-Years are in a matter of WEEKS. This is absolutely no time to be slacking off.

I understand holidays are partially for R&R, but that doesn't mean we stop being full-time students. We're called that for a reason.

If you want to think I'm being and a**hole, a bastard and a hypocrite about this, I want to tell you that this note is also supposed to remind myself about my own procrastination problem.

It's the holidays and still there are complains that people cannot complete their homework for the extra lessons?

We're nearly halfway through our holidays, which means its about only 20 days more to our first formal JC exams. I'm sure we are capable, the question is only if we're willing.

I know this class is a lot more than what we're showing at the moment.

First Week of Holidays

Hello, hope you guys are enjoying your holidays, and that you are still checking this site.

Okay, how about this. Reply to this via a comment, or a tag (I'll put up a tagboard soon... since it is alittle mafan to post comments) to state that you've been here and read this message. I want to know who is, and who isn't reading this yet :P

Anyway, first week was quite okay I hope.. I mean, all that we've had are CCAs, so it should be fine... Right? For the canoeists who have training almost every single day - hang in there . :D

Next week theres extra lessons, please keep in mind. For more information, check the calendar, and subject reps if you find anything wrong with the timings please tell me ASAP because we don't want people going there an hour late for lessons because I told them the wrong timing... Would we? Okay, maybe for the boring lessons... (Kidding lah.)

We still need to plan an outing, I'd say third week, but if I'm not wrong Conan might be going back to Malaysia then... So, we'd be missing his ego...

And also, those who want to watch Cogito, PLEASE sms or call me ASAP (those who haven't given me their names, check TPJC.net for the message I sent out.)
